1. To add a new item, press the "+" button at the top right, then choose what type of item you need, Counter or Timer
2. To edit an existing item, tap on the blue arrow to the right of it.

3. Edit counter name, current count and increment. The increment tells how much to add to the count when you tap on the counter, it is usually +1. You may change the sign of the count or increment by touching it
4. Edit timer name, current recorded duration, and whether time periods should be added or subtracted
5. When you are done editing the item, touch the "Save" button at the top-right. Important: If you tap the "iCount" button at the top-left, you will lose all changes made; if you were creating a new item, nothing will be created.
6. From the editing screen you may also access some basic statistics about your item. Note that you need at least 2 counts or periods to get useful statistics.
